Momentum continues on campus, as VCSU broke ground this summer on an $11 million to $13 million expansion of its athletic facilities. The Tharaldson Family Athletic Center is scheduled to open in the fall and will feature a large multipurpose indoor turf training facility, a new strength and conditioning facility, and locker rooms.
