Popcorn Bars
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
16 oz. mini marshmallows
1/3 cup cooking oil
7 cups popped popcorn
1 cup milk chocolate M&Ms (M&Ms in team colors can be ordered online or the classic brightly colored regular M&Ms are always fun!)
Spray nonstick spray on bottom and sides of 9x13-inch pan. Set aside. Melt butter in large, deep pan over low heat on stove. Add mini marshmallows, pour cooking oil over marshmallows, and stir until these three ingredients are melted together. Remove from heat and stir in popcorn. Stir in M&Ms. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13 pan. Moisten hands with running tap water and press mixture evenly into pan. Cut into bars when cool. No refrigeration needed. Always yummy!
