TRIBAL COLLEGES HAVE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL IMPRINT A monument honoring those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces welcomes visitors to the United Tribes Technical College campus. UTTC is the largest of North Dakota’s five tribal colleges.
